ADASCO Launches New Student Innovation Programme

Ada Senior High School (ADASCO) has announced the introduction of a new Student Innovation Programme aimed at encouraging students to develop creative solutions to everyday challenges within the school and the wider community.

The programme, which is expected to bring together students from different departments, will focus on technology, science, agriculture, entrepreneurship and environmental sustainability.

According to the organisers, students will work in teams to identify problems and develop practical solutions. Selected projects will later be presented before a panel of teachers and invited professionals.

The Headmistress of ADASCO, Madam Adelaide K. Ocansey, expressed optimism about the initiative, saying it would provide students with an opportunity to turn their classroom knowledge into practical solutions.

“We want our students not only to learn, but also to think, create and solve problems. This programme will give them the opportunity to demonstrate their talents,” she said.

The programme is expected to begin later this month, with registration open to interested students from all year groups.

School authorities have encouraged students with innovative ideas to participate actively and work together to make the initiative a success.
