Admissions are now open for the 2026/2027 academic year. Prospective students should complete the online application and review the admissions checklist before submission.

The admission of prospective Senior High School (SHS) students in Ghana is managed through the Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS). While there have been some policy adjustments over the years (for example, the timing of school selection), the overall admission process follows the same principles. Admission processes and procedures in Ada Senior High School is very seamless.

How to apply

  1. Verify Placement Information

    The first step after the release of the CSSPS placement results is to confirm that you have been placed at Ada Senior High School (ADASCO). To verify your placement, check your CSSPS placement using your BECE Index Number and Date of Birth. Once your placement has been successfully verified, you can proceed with the admission process.

  2. Download Placement Slip & Enrollment Form

    After confirming your placement, download and print the CSSPS placement slip which contains your placement details and also serves as a proof of your placement. Download the CSSPS enrollment form as well and complete by filling the provided spaces. It will be used to create your student record.

  3. Complet the Online Admission

    Students are required to complete their admission online before reporting to school via our online admissions portal. This eliminates the need for parents to travel with their wards to the school for manual enrollment. Fill all forms presented to you on the portal.

  4. Print Admission Letter & Prospectus

    Once your online admission has been successfully completed, you will be able to download and print (1) Admission Letter: The Admission Letter confirms that you have been officially admitted to Ada Senior High School. It contains student admission details, programme offered, reporting date, etc. (2) Prospectus: The Prospectus provides a comprehensive list of items required for school, including house wear, bedding and toiletries, learning materials, etc. Students should carefully read the prospectus and ensure that all required items are obtained before reporting to school.

  5. Report to School

    Students should report to Ada Senior High School on the official reporting date announced by the Ghana Education Service. Upon arrival, students should present CSSPS enrollment slip, completed enrollment form and other required documents, which will be verified by school authorities. Students are advised to report on time with all required documents and items listed in the prospectus to ensure a smooth registration process.
